When patients ask AI to recommend a clinic, are you named?
We ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google the questions your patients ask, count which clinics they name, and help you become one of them.

Questions
Isn’t this just SEO?
Partly. Google says its AI answers rely on the same things as ordinary search, with no special files or markup needed. The difference is what we measure: whether a patient asking an AI tool hears your name, not where a page ranks.
Why does the answer change when I ask?
AI tools rarely give the same list twice. That’s why we ask every question several times and report how often you’re named, rather than a single position.
Do you ask the ChatGPT app itself?
We ask through OpenAI’s and Perplexity’s own developer tools, with web search on and your town set as the location. Answers there are close to the apps but not identical, which is another reason we ask more than once. Google’s AI answers are checked with Otterly, a tracking tool.
How long do changes take to show?
Usually two to four months. AI tools re-read the web on their own schedule, and reviews and mentions build up over time.
Do you work with aesthetic clinics?
Yes. Everything we write for UK clinics follows the advertising rules on prescription-only medicines, so we focus on consultations and the treatments you’re allowed to promote.
